Remote Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team at McDonald's in Abu Dhabi, AE. This part-time position is ideal for someone who is resourceful, motivated, and has a passion for providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with strong time management and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have via phone, email, or chat - Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Process orders and handle any billing or payment questions - Collaborate with the customer success team to improve processes and procedures - Monitor customer feedback and address any areas of improvement - Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times - Work remotely, but maintain regular communication with the team and management

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - Resourceful and able to think on your feet to solve problems - Motivated and able to work independently - Time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver results - People management skills to handle difficult customer situations
