Job Description:
Assurant is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued customers. This position is part-time and ideal for entry-level candidates looking to kickstart their career in customer success.
Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with our products and services - Collaborate with other teams within the organization to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in our CRM system - Participate in customer feedback analysis and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction - Support the Customer Success Manager in various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset - Confidence in dealing with customers and resolving their issues efficiently - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Creativity in finding solutions to customer problems and improving processes - Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Hardworking and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
