Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

SpartanNash is currently seeking a driven and confident Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Dubai, AE. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the customer success field. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through various support functions.

Responsibilities: - Assist in onboarding new customers and providing training on our products and services - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions - Conduct research to identify customer needs and preferences - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies - Create engaging content and resources for customers to enhance their experience - Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements: - Confident and driven individual with a passion for customer satisfaction - Strong research and problem-solving skills - Creative thinker with the ability to come up with innovative solutions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
