Remote Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

Publix Super Markets is looking for a Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Success Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to their inquiries. - Assist with onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth transition to our services. - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with our products and services. - Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records. - Work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalations in a timely manner. - Support the Customer Success Manager in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience.

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or customer success role. - Highly motivated and hardworking individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. - Strong planning and organizational skills to effectively manage customer relationships. - Excellent people management skills to build rapport with customers and team members. - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
