Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our team at A-Mark Precious Metals. This is a work-from-home position based in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is necessary, but one year of relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional customer service and support - Help customers navigate our products and services, answer questions, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand - Assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and coordinating with our warehouse and logistics team - Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the customer experience - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and retention efforts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve our processes and outcomes

Requirements: - Hardworking and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively - Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers - Proficient in using technology and comfortable working with various software systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
