Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to join our team at International Paper in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries, issues, or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategies to optimize customer experience and retention - Conduct research to understand customer needs and preferences, and use this information to enhance our products and services - Plan and execute customer success initiatives, such as training sessions, webinars, and workshops - Monitor customer feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures to address them - Provide regular updates and reports to management on customer satisfaction, retention, and overall success

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer success or related role - Adaptable and resilient personality traits - Strong research and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluency in English and Arabic
