Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

Autoliv, a leading automotive safety supplier, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Success Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and enhance their overall experience with our products and services. 2. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products to existing customers. 3. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering solutions in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute customer retention strategies and initiatives. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 6. Participate in strategic planning sessions to optimize customer success initiatives. 7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers. 8. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position Autoliv products in the market.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or customer service roles. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities. 5. Creative thinking and ability to innovate solutions. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 8. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
