Remote Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

L Brands is seeking a Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer success role. The successful candidate will be hardworking and confident, with strong leadership skills and the ability to engage in strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat - Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address and resolve any issues or concerns - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and drive revenue growth - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience - Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track progress and measure success

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
