Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

News Corp. is seeking a passionate and hardworking Customer Success Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction and success of our customers. You will be the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues they may have, and providing them with the support they need to fully utilize our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction. 2. Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and issues. 3. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Develop and deliver presentations and training sessions to educate customers on our products and services. 6. Monitor customer usage data and metrics to proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 7. Identify and escalate any product or service issues to the appropriate teams for resolution. 8. Represent News Corp. at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and services.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or account management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 7. Experience in the media or publishing industry is a plus.
