Job Description:
CarMax, a leading automotive retailer, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Entry Level position with a minimum of 1 year of experience, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and loyalty - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are being met and address any concerns or issues they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and escalations in a timely and effective manner - Assist in onboarding new customers and providing product/service demonstrations as needed - Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement - Monitor customer accounts and provide regular updates to management on customer satisfaction levels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer experience
Requirements: - Confident and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills - Strong leadership abilities and a knack for problem-solving - Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus - Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and delivering delight - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
