Customer Success Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Associate to join our team at Goodyear Tire & Rubber. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, suitable for individuals at an entry-level seniority with no required years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through various communication channels to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues they may have - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide them with personalized solutions - Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and product information - Collaborate with other departments within the company to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Use project management skills to track and manage customer interactions, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner - Utilize persuasion skills to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers when appropriate

Requirements: - Must be driven and hardworking, with a strong desire to succeed and exceed customer expectations - Excellent project management skills to effectively prioritize and manage customer interactions - Persuasive communication skills to influence customer behavior and drive sales - Must be comfortable working independently and remotely, with the ability to stay organized and self-motivated - Strong computer and technology skills to effectively utilize company equipment and communication tools
