Customer Success Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Enterprise Products Partners is seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Success Associate to work remotely from home in Dubai, UAE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention - Provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve products/services - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase customer value - Analyze customer data to optimize their experience and drive business growth - Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance customer success - Manage projects related to customer success initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in a customer success or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management skills - Ability to thrive in a remote work environment - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
