Customer Success Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

CMS Energy is seeking a driven and passionate Customer Success Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from home. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience and are successful in utilizing our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide support - Onboard new customers and provide training on our products and services - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Assist in the development of customer success strategies and processes

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong decision-making and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
