Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Success Manager to join the Harley-Davidson team in Dubai, AE. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and support to drive customer engagement and retention.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Build and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure their needs are being met. - Provide support to customers through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings. - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. - Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. - Track and report on key customer success metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer success initiatives. - Develop and deliver customer success training programs for internal teams to ensure a customer-centric approach.


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in a customer success or related role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Motivated and independent with the ability to work autonomously. - Strong presentation and people management skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Experience working in the automotive industry is a plus.
