Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team at US Foods Holding in Dubai, AE. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the Remote Customer Success Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues that may arise - Monitor customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and assess overall satisfaction - Provide training and support to customers on how to best utilize our products and services - Create and maintain customer success metrics to track performance and identify areas for growth - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success management
Requirements: - 7 years of experience in customer success or a related field - Confident and reliable personality traits - Strong decision-making and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and remotely - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred) - Experience working with CRM software and customer support systems - Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
