Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Success Manager to join our team at Dubai Electricity and Water Authority. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive customer engagement and retention - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service - Monitor customer usage and satisfaction metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide training and support to customers to maximize their utilization of our products and services - Act as a leader within the team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration - Inject a sense of joy and vibrancy into the work environment


Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a customer success or account management capacity - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and a creative mindset - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - Vision insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), and Company equipment benefits
