Job Description - Customer Success Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Cigna is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This is a part-time, work from home position at a Mid-to-Senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their success with our products and services. - Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their goals. - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any concerns or queries in a timely and effective manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and address any issues proactively. - Provide regular feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer success or related roles. - Proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and driving growth. - Resilient and adaptable personality traits. - Strong attention to detail and persuasion skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
