Job Description - Customer Success Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Navient is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Customer Success Manager to work remotely from Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with Navient's products and services.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner. - Onboard new clients and provide training on Navient's products and services. - Proactively monitor client accounts to identify any potential issues and work towards resolving them. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are being met and issues are being addressed. - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement. - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Navient's products and services to better assist clients.


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in customer success or a related field. - Strong problem-solving and research skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. - Motivated and adaptable individual who can thrive in a remote work environment. - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
