Customer Success Manager - Work from home

AutoNation is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to work from home in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify any areas for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate as needed - Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase retention and minimize churn - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide customers with training and resources to maximize their use of our products and services - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and activities in CRM system - Represent the voice of the customer within the organization to drive product development and improvements

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to research and understand customer needs and pain points - Experience in people management - Hardworking and dedicated attitude - Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
