Job Description - Customer Success Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Seaboard is currently seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time, work from home basis in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving customer success and satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products and services - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and providing solutions to any issues that may arise - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and drive customer retention - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement customer success strategies to meet and exceed customer expectations - Drive initiatives to increase customer loyalty and advocacy


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in customer success or account management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management skills with attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously - Driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
