Job Description - Customer Success Officer


Job Description: Level 3 Communications is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team in Dubai. The Customer Success Officer will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our clients by providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, reliable, innovative, and have strong problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction - Provide timely and effective support to clients, including resolving any issues or concerns - Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve the overall customer experience - Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and track key performance metrics


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resourceful and reliable with a customer-focused mindset - Innovative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
