Job Description:
AutoNation is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team in Dubai. As a customer success officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our clients by proactively engaging with them to understand their needs and address any issues that may arise. You will act as a liaison between the customer and the company, advocating for the customer while also representing the company's interests.
Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to any issues they may have - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and effective communication - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are being met and issues are being addressed in a timely manner - Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for improvement - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues - Work to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals set by the company
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service - Resourceful and adaptable - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
