Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Customer Success Officer to join our team at Reliance Steel & Aluminum in Dubai. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Develop strong and trust-based relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services - Proactively reach out to customers to provide support, answer questions, and address any concerns they may have - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, acting as a liaison between them and our internal teams - Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer needs and concerns - Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings - Leverage data and feedback to drive strategic initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and escalate any customer issues or challenges to the appropriate teams for resolution

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence - Proven experience in a customer success or customer service role - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers - Confidence in handling challenging situations or difficult customers - Resourceful problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
