Job Description - Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


Symantec is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Entry Level position with no specific experience required, we are looking for motivated and independent individuals who possess strong strategic planning and adaptability skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their main point of contact within the company - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions to their problems - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing customers - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve overall customer experience - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns


Requirements: - Motivated and independent mindset - Strong strategic planning and adaptability skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively - Must be a team player with a customer-centric approach
