Job Description:
Devon Energy is seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Success Officer to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction and success of our customers. This role requires a high level of resourcefulness and dedication, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals - Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Provide timely and efficient support to customers, resolving issues and escalating as needed - Monitor customer accounts and usage to identify opportunities for growth and expansion - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our customers
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 4+ years of experience in customer success or related roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and ability to think critically - Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Resourceful and hardworking attitude
