Customer Success Representative

Job description:

We are looking for a reliable and confident Customer Success Representative to join our team at Whirlpool in Dubai, UAE. As an entry-level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills. 3. Assist customers with technical issues and troubleshooting of products. 4. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve product offerings. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive customer success and retention.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Strong leadership skills and ability to think strategically. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
