Job Description - Customer Success Representative

Job Description:


Baxter International is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Representative in Dubai, UAE. As a part-time Associate Level position with a minimum of 2 years of experience, this role is perfect for someone who is adaptable, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services. 2. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and problems are resolved effectively. 4. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers. 5. Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, providing training and support as needed. 6. Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve products and services, and drive customer retention and loyalty. 7. Utilize project management skills to coordinate and prioritize tasks to meet customer expectations and deadlines.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams. 2. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. 3. 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a customer success or account management capacity. 4. Adaptable and resourceful with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. 5. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
