Job Description:
St. Jude Medical is looking for a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Dubai, AE. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role and possess the personality traits of independence and adaptability.
Responsibilities: - Manage customer accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and implement solutions - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement - Assist in onboarding new customers and training them on our products and services - Monitor customer usage data to identify trends and proactively address potential issues - Work with sales team to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or customer success role - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
