Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Constellation Brands is seeking a passionate and adaptable Customer Success Representative to join our team in Dubai. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to kickstart their career in customer success.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and drive product improvements - Monitor customer accounts to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services - Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, providing training and support as needed - Analyze customer data and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Persuasion skills to effectively influence and guide customers towards desired outcomes - Project management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Experience with CRM software is a plus
