Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Success Representative at Genuine Parts, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our products and services. Your primary goal will be to increase customer retention and loyalty through excellent customer service and proactive communication.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and support - Understand customer needs and recommend solutions or products that meet those needs - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and retention - Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in products or services - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and key performance indicators
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or customer success role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Excellent planning and decision-making skills - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
