Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Success Representative to join our team at Murphy USA in Dubai. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service at all times. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions - Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers - Seek feedback from customers to continuously improve the customer experience - Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and confident attitude when dealing with difficult customers - Attention to detail and strong time management skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Basic computer skills - No prior experience required, training will be provided
