Job Description - Customer Success Representative

Job Description:


Cigna is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Dubai. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role who are driven and independent. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments for resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to improve service delivery - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively address customer needs - Assist in customer onboarding and training to ensure a smooth transition to our services


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer success role - Driven and independent personality traits - Strong time management skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
