Remote Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

Oneok is seeking a Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team based in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a part-time entry-level position, this role requires zero years of experience, making it an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to kickstart their career in the customer success field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including email, phone, and chat. 2. Proactively engage with customers to ensure their needs are met and offer solutions to any issues that may arise. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote retention and loyalty. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services. 5. Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the product development team to drive continuous improvement. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 7. Assist in the onboarding process for new customers to ensure a seamless transition. 8. Identify and escalate any customer issues or trends to management to address potential root causes.

Requirements: 1. Confident and driven with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. 2. Strong people management skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. 3. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer interactions and data entry. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. 6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
