Job Description - Remote Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Bank of New York Mellon Corp. in Dubai, AE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for paid overtime and benefits including a retirement plan and dental insurance.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support - Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and deliver solutions in a timely manner - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and best practices - Meet KPIs and targets related to customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Creativity and a willingness to think outside the box to solve complex problems
