Remote Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

A-Mark Precious Metals is seeking a Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time Entry Level position, the Remote Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction while working remotely. This role is ideal for someone who is resourceful, dedicated, and possesses strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide support - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and satisfaction - Proactively identify potential issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company database - Assist with the onboarding of new customers and provide product demonstrations as needed - Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to products and services based on customer input

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer success role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
