Customer Success Specialist

Job Description: Clorox is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE on a part-time basis. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have a passion for working with people.

Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to any issues they may encounter - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to help them maximize the value of our products - Monitor customer accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Collect feedback from customers to help improve our products and services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Hardworking and resourceful - Experience in people management is a plus
