Job Description:
iHeartMedia is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. The Remote Customer Success Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients, while also supporting our company's growth and revenue goals. This is a part-time, associate-level position with a requirement of 4 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships - Understand clients' needs and objectives, and proactively find solutions to meet and exceed their expectations - Onboard new clients, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support to ensure their success with our products and services - Monitor client satisfaction and engagement, and address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of services to clients - Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and contribute to strategic planning - Provide feedback and insights to help improve our products and services, and enhance overall customer experience - Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and best practices to continuously improve customer success strategies
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field - Independent, confident, and able to work effectively in a remote environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence - Proven ability to think strategically and develop effective customer success plans - Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage client relationships and track progress - Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
