Customer Success Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

United Rentals is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to work from home in Abu Dhabi. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all their needs and inquiries - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any customer issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and maximize customer lifetime value

Requirements: - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Excellent negotiation and critical thinking skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
