Customer Success Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Raymond James Financial is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to work from home in Dubai. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers' satisfaction and success with our financial services products.

Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to maximize their usage and understanding of our products - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products to customers - Work closely with the sales and product development teams to relay customer feedback and enhance product offerings - Analyze customer data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customer success strategies and processes

Requirements: - Energetic and motivated individual with a strong passion for customer satisfaction - Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to effectively manage relationships with diverse groups of people - Proven experience in a customer success or account management role in the financial services industry - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
