Remote Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:

Sealed Air is seeking a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time associate level position, this role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic and driven, with a high level of emotional intelligence and a strong ability to cooperate with team members.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and order processing. 3. Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns in a timely manner. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. 5. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer support processes. 6. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 6.
