Dubai Festival City is seeking a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Customer Support Assistant will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be reliable, dedicated, adaptable, and possess emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with order processing, returns, refunds, and product inquiries - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
