Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Dubai National Insurance & Reinsurance in Abu Dhabi. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Provide information about insurance products and services - Process insurance applications and claims - Assist customers with policy changes and updates - Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements: - Independent and passionate individual - Strong critical thinking and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Detail-oriented and organized - Proficient in MS Office and CRM software - Previous experience in a customer support role preferred
