Job Description:

Amazon.com is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to Amazon.com customers via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution - Process returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Adhere to company guidelines and quality standards for customer support

Requirements: - Energetic personality with a positive attitude - Resilient in handling challenging customer interactions - Excellent adaptability in a fast-paced and changing environment - Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer transactions - Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
