Job Description:

USAA is seeking a motivated and resourceful Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Dubai, AE. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work remotely from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer support role and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat channels - Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving inquiries - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Contribute to the development and implementation of customer support strategies - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 1+ year of experience in a customer support role - Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Resourceful and confident attitude - Emotional intelligence and strategic planning skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
