Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


AECOM is seeking a talented Customer Support Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to effectively communicate with customers to address their needs and concerns.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate information about products and services - Resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Manage customer accounts and maintain customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customer problems - Document all customer interactions in a CRM system - Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 4 years of experience in customer support or a related role - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Presentation and innovation soft skills - Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
