Job Description:

Illinois Tool Works is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Support Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients. Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers via telephone, email, and in-person to provide support and assistance with product inquiries and issues. 2. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to effectively assist customers. 6. Assist in updating and maintaining customer databases and records. 7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred but not required. 2. Energetic and independent personality traits. 3. Strong teamwork and planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
