Job Description:
Macy's is seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to work from home in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is an entry-level position requiring 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be independent, passionate, have strong analytical skills, and be innovative.
Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Processing orders and returns - Troubleshooting technical issues with customers - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
