Customer Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Air Products & Chemicals is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Customer Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Dubai, UAE. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and courteous manner - Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of complex issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to improve processes and products - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve customer support processes

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Energetic and highly motivated individual with a positive attitude - Strong teamwork and analytical skills - Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
