Job Description:
CVS Health is seeking a reliable and confident Customer Support Associate to join our team in a work-from-home position based in Dubai, AE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Support Associate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions. 2. Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively resolving concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and follow up on resolutions. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Comfortable working in a remote environment and using technology to communicate with team members. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
