Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


CarMax is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in Dubai, AE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a customer support role. We are looking for a resilient and resourceful individual who excels in analysis and teamwork to provide exceptional support to our customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery. 2. Develop and implement customer support processes and strategies to improve customer satisfaction. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 4. Review customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Provide training and guidance to customer support team members to enhance their skills and performance. 7. Monitor customer support performance and implement performance improvement plans as needed. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve processes.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. 5+ years of experience in a customer support role. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues worldwide. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficiency in customer support software and tools. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. 8. Resilient and able to handle high-stress situations with professionalism.
